Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Customer Support Process .This is a Work From Home opportunity for candidates with excellent English and Hindi communication skills. Selected candidates will be responsible for assisting Zomato customers through chat and voice support, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Languages: Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory Good typing and communication skills Basic computer knowledge Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills Salary Details CTC: ₹19,000 per month In-Hand Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹15,000 per month Salary structure is fixed for both freshers and experienced candidates. Mandatory System Requirements Candidates must have their own: Laptop with Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen processor (6th Gen or above, as applicable) Windows 10 operating system Minimum 8 GB RAM USB headset Stable Wi-Fi internet connection E-Aadhaar accessible on the laptop (mandatory) Working Hours & Shifts Working Days: 6 days per week Weekly Off: 1 rotational off Shift Timing: 24/7 rotational shifts (day and night) Total Shift Duration: 9 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break Actual Working Hours: 8 hours per day Key Responsibilities Handle Zomato customer queries through chat and voice support. Assist customers with order-related issues, delivery concerns, cancellations, and refunds. Provide accurate and timely resolutions. Maintain professional communication in English and Hindi. Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team. Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
