Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Contact candidates and explain job opportunities. Screen candidates based on qualifications, communication skills, and job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records. Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.
